During my studies at the Deutsche Sporthochschule, I encountered instinct-guided exercises for the first time. Obviously, there was no thinking — only acting.
That never let me go.
First as a player, later as a trainer, I deeply discovered an inner structure behind it.
Over the last 25 years, I have developed a complete training system, led by instinct-guided drills covering all key factors in golf.
Does that work?
In the US Golf Magazine:
„What was the single most important advice you have ever received?“
Martin Kaymer:
„Play with your instinct.“
The years before he turned Professional, I was his National Cach.
New territories!
There are only two kinds of golfers:
The liberated ones – and the others.
It’s truly remarkable to witness how the functional anatomy transforms external forces into inner forces.
The key experience happens instantly — with the mother of all exercises.
And that’s where the journey of discovery begins.
I’m a German PGA Professional and former European Tour Player with a background in sports science from the Deutsche Sporthochschule.
When I became Germany’s first full-time national coach in the late 1990s, my goal was simple but ambitious: to build a modern training culture that could truly develop champions.
Over time, that vision evolved into a powerful talent development system — one that helped shape a new generation of players and ultimately produced a World Number One Player.
